Return shipping is free on eligible U.S. orders. Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a return label.

International Returns

16. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

You agree that any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.

Informal Resolution

Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping is available on all U.S. orders.

Expedited U.S. shipping and international shipping options are available at checkout.

We ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses, as well as to select international destinations.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1 business day, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

U.S. Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders.

Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.

Estimated delivery times begin after the order has been processed. Skillus is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service issues, severe weather, holidays, peak seasons, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your selected country when available.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

Import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information.

Available international shipping services may include DHL eCommerce, FedEx International Connect Plus, and DHL Express Worldwide.

Customs processing may occasionally cause delivery delays.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Skillus is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly or incompletely at checkout.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as “Delivered” but cannot be located, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier directly.

We are happy to provide available shipment information or documentation to help support a carrier claim.

Damaged Packages

In the unlikely event that your package or item arrives damaged, please email us at connect@skillus.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the package and damaged item.

We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
