Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and free of damage or signs of wear.

Return Window

Free returns are available within 7 days of delivery on eligible U.S. orders. Free returns cannot be combined with promotional offers. Once your return request is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Returns and exchanges are accepted between 8 and 14 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same timeframes and shipping conditions as returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.

We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping cannot be combined with promotional offers.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard U.S. shipping is free and typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary.

Skillus is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service issues, severe weather conditions, holidays or peak seasons, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
