Returns & Exchanges

Here's what you need to know about returns and exchanges.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and free of damage or signs of wear.

Return Window

Free returns are available within 7 days of delivery on eligible U.S. orders. Free returns cannot be combined with promotional offers. Once your return request is approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label.

Returns and exchanges are accepted between 8 and 14 days after delivery. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit.

Returns are not accepted after 14 days.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same timeframes and shipping conditions as returns.

International Returns

International orders follow the same 14-day return eligibility window and item condition requirements as U.S. orders.

International return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and prepaid return labels are not provided for international orders.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes paid by the customer are also non-refundable by Skillus.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please email connect@skillus.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more.

Orders under $75 will see calculated shipping rates at checkout.

We ship within the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses, as well as to select international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

U.S. Shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.

Orders under $75 will see available shipping rates at checkout.

Express shipping options are also available at checkout for an additional cost.

Skillus is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service issues, severe weather conditions, holidays or peak seasons, or incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

Prices are displayed in your local currency based on your selected country.

Import duties, customs fees, and applicable taxes for international orders are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by the customs authority of your destination country and are the customer's responsibility. It's recommended to contact the local customs office for more information.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected shipping method.

Available international shipping services may include DHL eCommerce, FedEx International Connect Plus, and DHL Express Worldwide.

Incorrect Addresses
