Shipping Policy

Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders. Free shipping is not combinable with other promotional offers. We currently ship within the United States only, including Hawaii, Alaska, and APO/FPO addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

Standard U.S. shipping is free and arrives within 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping is available for 2–3 business days — cost calculated at checkout.

Total time from order placement to delivery is 4–9 business days for standard shipping. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) and may vary.

Skillus is not responsible for delays caused by carrier service issues, severe weather conditions, holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), or incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Skillus is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment — additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, Skillus is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We're happy to provide any documentation needed to support your claim.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, email us within 3 days of delivery at connect@skillus.com with photos of the damage. We'll work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
