Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Skillus jewelry. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Return Window

Free returns within 7 days of delivery — return shipping is free for U.S. orders returned within 7 days. Free returns are not combinable with other promotional offers. We'll email you a prepaid shipping label after your return request is approved.

Returns and exchanges are still accepted between 8 and 14 days of delivery, but return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service — we can't issue refunds for packages lost in transit.

After 14 days, returns are no longer accepted.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn and in original condition, in original packaging with all tags attached, and free of damage, scratches, or signs of wear. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same windows as returns: free within 7 days, customer-paid shipping for 8–14 days. Email connect@skillus.com with your order number and the replacement item you'd like.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email connect@skillus.com within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll replace the item at no cost — no return required in most cases.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you an approval notice. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
